Beechwood is a very homely traditional property located in the Alvaston area of Derby. The home is just a few minutes’ walk from local shops, a family restaurant and other amenities including Alvaston Park. There is a bus stop nearby for easy access to the city centre and its full complement of shopping and leisure facilities.
