Kimbolton Avenue is a quiet road off the Kimbolton Road in Bedford. Public and private transport services are available to Service Users witin 120 yards of the house and town centre is a short 10 minute walk away.
Kimbolton Avenue is a detached house. The bedrooms at Kimbolton Avenue all exceed the National Minimum Standards and are as follows:
Room 1: 20.13m²
Room 2: 17.42m²
Room 3: 15.77m²
Room 4: 14.58m²
Room 5: 13.87m²
Room 6: 12.44m²

Kimbolton Avenue is owned by UK Care and managed by Community Care Solutions.
Bedroom 1,2,4 and 6 have full en-suite bathrooms with mirror and shaving socket. Bedroom 3 and 5 have standard en-suites.
Service Users may personalised and decorate their own room to their own taste; including buying and bringing in furniture and electrical equipment, providing it meets with fire regulations and/or PAT testing. Any person, including staff, wishing to enter any bedrooms will obtain permission to enter the room from the service user first. (Unless in the case of emergancy or concern for the well being of the Service User)
There is a communal space of over 55 Sq meters which is more than double the National Minimum Standard requests. This comprises of a large lounge (35 Sq Metres), a dining room 12.5 Sq meters and a conservatory of 8 Sq meters.
The home is equiped with both SKY and digital television system and other equipment and assisted technology equipment. In addition there is a large domestic kitchen with an additional dining area.
The house vehicle is parked outside the house and is an eight-seater family people carrier. It is available to Service Users 7 days a week (subject to staff drivers) and is regularly maintained and serviced.
Kimbolton Avenue has an attractive and secured rear garden, which the Service Users are encouraged to take advantage of.
