As part of our employment process you will be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check and provide two employer’s references together with a full employment history.
Please note that car drivers/owners are preferred for all positions. Experience is not required for all positions but please read the relevant job description below for the level of experience required before applying.
You’ll receive one of the most comprehensive induction programmes in the Care sector that includes an intensive ten-day ‘Skills for Care’ approved training course. You’ll receive training in many areas of understanding and managing challenging behaviours as well as communication skills, including Makaton. In addition, you’ll undertake at least five days’ annual follow-up training and we’ll support you to attain your NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 qualifications.
