We are happy to discuss our range of services including vacancies within our homes. Anyone enquiring about services at a Community Care Solutions Home are provided with an information pack, if necessary this can be produced in different formats and languages. Most referrals usually follow a needs assessment made by the local authorities, social services or the individual Care Manager who will work with the Home Manager to assess the Service Users’ individual needs. All enquirers are made aware of current Service Users in the Home and are encouraged to visit.
