– SCS in top 7 of Healthinvestor Awards catagory 2009

Social Care Solutions, part of Care Solutions Group, has achieved a place as a finalist in the Residential/Domiciliary care provider of the year catagory at the 2009 Healthinvestor Awards. The achievement recognises the company’s innovative work in adopting the In Control jigsaw framework for change and the Self-Directed Support ethos. Social Care Solutions joins household names like Bupa Care Homes and Retirement Villages in the UK’s top 7 named care providers in this category. The Healthinvestor Awards will be held in London on the 3rd of June.

– New Finance Director appointed

Care Solutions Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Wood as Finance Director. Martin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with eight years experience, having worked mainly in Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions for Ernst & Young and KPGM.
