Specialist supported living service provider Social Care Solutions part of the Care Solution Group continues to build its portfolio of supported living schemes. They have announced the opening of 5 new supported living services all opening in summer 2008. These additional services expand their number of supported living schemes to 16, in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.

Lynne Shaw has been appointed as Group Human Resources Director; she will oversee all HR functions within the company; build upon the excellent recruitment & training departments and maintain employee engagement. Lynne has previously spent 10 years at Hewlett Packard in a variety of senior HR & training roles operating across Europe, Middle East and Africa, today said:

The move to Brook House, St. Neots has given them the opportunity to expand their head office team in line with operational growth so that they can continue to offer high levels of support to their care teams. The new geographic location of the head office offers great transport links to the A1 and A14 and puts them closer to the centre of their network of Care Homes and Supported Living schemes.

Care Solutions Group has announced the appointment of Trish Crowsley as Group Operations Manager. Previously Managing Director of Fraser’s Domiciliary Care & Nursing Agency for 9 years Trish oversaw its development from its initial single branch to 7 branches, prior to that Trish spent 3 years as Operations Director at MATCH Healthcare Services and 3 years as Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
